Take a break, slow down a little bit and breathe.
Yes, when everyone else will motivate you to do more; I'm saying calm down.
You are not loosing anything, don't set this in your mind that you will be left behind if you don't run. But you will lose the small things in life if you rush.
So maybe calm down. Think a little bit about what you are doing and then start again.
There's nothing wrong if you don't rush, you are not a loser as long as you are happy in your life. Believe me that's what matters most.
