Ways to overcome depression!!

Depression can be debilitating and is very different from just feeling unhappy...Generally many factors contribute for unhappiness like being rejected or not getting a job you want, family issues or marriage issues.
Today i'm focussing on ways we can overcome depression!!

  1. Practice mindfulness; mindfulness involves focusing purely on present moment and is a skill that need to be practice!!

2: listen to music; even as an artiste music give me great joy and help a lot to overcome depression. Listening to upbeat, happy music alters brain chemistry and can improve your mood.
3; stop negative self talk: depressed people tend to always see the world in a negative way most especially when things go wrong, always blaming themself or others..depression reinforces self doubt..
