But we need to bend down and pick up our broken pieces and continue our life's journey. That is when boosting our self esteem comes into play.
Self esteem can be compared to a balancing scale of measurement that determines our progress in life. It can either add or extract from our well being depending on our response.
The way we view ourselves can influence us positively or negatively. Thinking about what we have accomplished so far can boost our self esteem and give the needed courage to push on.
We need to first of all assure ourselves of our worth to determine how others will see us. We cannot look down on ourselves and expect others to look up to us.
However, even if others do not see it in our own angle, we must stay focus and hold on tight, we must believe that we are unique in what we can do best.
Yes we need to look up and keep going, because it will surely empower us to be strong and move on in life.
