Greater production and improved team performance result from setting clear and precise goals. The secret is to define attainable objectives with due dates for completion. Any misunderstandings may be prevented by taking this action.

Another crucial stage is transparency and team members' direct participation in decision-making. Assist the group in problem-solving by facilitating conversation and offering assistance. Instead of asking you to solve their problems, coach and motivate them to find solutions on their own. Give the staff additional responsibility as their assurance, dedication, and competence grow.

(3) Provide Support

Support Change typically suggests that the team needs to pick up new knowledge in order to comprehend and apply new working procedures. The team captain must give the group and individual team members the chance to experiment with and refine the new strategy.
