The breast is a highly developed specialized organ that appears in pairs on each side of the front chest wall. The main function of this organ is to secrete milk. Although it occurs in both sexes, it develops well in women and men at an early age. It is also an important organ of the female reproductive system.
It's an apocrine gland. In these glands, the apical part of the cell and part of the cytoplasm are lost in secretions.

The breast is located in the breast area in a superficial dressing. However, a part of it is called the armpit tail, which pierces deeply and lies under the armpit.

The structure of the breast is divided into three parts: skin, parenchyma and matrix.

Between 4 and 6 weeks, the mammary glands grow outside the baby's spinal cord (milk line). The thickness of the ectoderm extends from the armpit to the waist. In animals, some mammary glands grow on this ridge, but in humans, most proteins are degraded and degraded, except for a small part of the mammary gland. This area grows in the breast bud and produces 15 to 20 strong fibers.These umbilical cords become throats and branches and grow in the veins below. Later, under the influence of maternal sex hormones, it can be detected. The surrounding mesenchyme contributes to the growth of connective tissue and fat. The thickness of the ectoderm forms the papilla and aorta.

Hormones regulate breast function. During puberty, high levels of estrogen stimulate the growth of glandular tissue in women's breasts. Estrogen also enlarges the breasts by accumulating fatty tissue. Progesterone stimulates the development of the respiratory system. During pregnancy, these hormones stimulate breast growth. Prolactin from the anterior pituitary gland stimulates the secretion of milk in the glandular tissues and oxytocin causes the excretion of milk by the glands.

The main functions of the mammary gland are:

The cancer of the breast is the most common type of cancer after the lung cancer. It is the main cause of cancer that leads to death in death in women.
