Yes, of course I have felt stressed in some time, The most important stressed in my life that I remember and it was the when my examination are near. It try learn something for my exam, But I cannot remeberize anything. It make me very stress full because it cannot go to my gym for exercise. I can't get oppertunity to meet with my friend.
During examination I fell myself very stressed full.

Stress is the normal response to situational pressures or demands, especially if they are threatening or dangerous. Stress is the result in brain chemicals, called hormones. These hormones make people (when they become stressed) become sweat, quick breather, tense or contract their muscles and prepare to take action.

Stressed is very harmful for mental as well as physical health. Some it take me in anxiety and depression. When I stressed my mood didn't want even to talk with someone. In don't talk with my family due to stressed.

when I fell stressed full Almost any form of physical activity can act the stress reliever. Even if you're not an a professional athlete or you're out of shape, exercise can still be a good stress reliever.I always go to gym to reliever my stressed.

When you're stressed reach out to family and friends and make social connections with your friend. Even one good friend can make a difference and make you laughing which can help you to forgot the stressed.

Caring yourself to Avoid drugs and alcohol as they can add to stress. Eat a well-balanced diet, get enough sleep, and exercise or go to gym for a regular basis.
