This is because stress is a joy sucker. It pulls away anything positive from a man. It can twist man's hope to become more impolished.

Have you ever felt stressed? Because?

Yes! I've felt stressed before. I've been painted with stress-bonds on different occasion. Mostly, becoming fragile in the demographical area I find myself. These bonds had grown tough to an extent of breaking every positive attitude that seems to promote ones happiness.

Has stress affected your physical or mental body in any way?

Yes! Most times you are pressed down, the burns becoming more heavily dispatched on you. You look left, right, front, back, doors are locked. Your head is almost like a drum of healing rain that falls with crystalized stones.

Heavy yokes drops down from an unseen forces of Hardwork and dedication to duty. You are suppressed by the end of the day, tears rushing so profusely to cover your entire faces. People seen you on the road and they are wandering if you've eaten for years. Not that, you aren't strong. The truth is that, there's a capillary action fixing your face to morbidity. It's called stress

What do you do to not feel like this? Share those tips that can help others combat it or maybe it can help you yourself

For the fact that stress is an active antigenic substance that combat against the human immune system. There are feasible ways one can get rid of it. I'm going to highlights them below, kindly read through. Thanks

  • Smile always: Don't let your mind or your smiles to be contaminated by stress. Smile always. Whether things are working fine or not. Just smile. You will be fine...

  • Sound positively: stress love seen people life traumatized with addition to commit suicidal. Be real in your interaction with your life. Sound positive. There's breakthrough along the run if you can purely utter the best.

  • Create space for rest: Don't be over-occupied with tasks. Your body should be given at least twice a day-rest. The enzymes becomes less when the body is compatible. And when you think of eating, your food won't be exhausted in lesser minutes.
