A little fake smile and saying 'I'm fine' is enough to hide the pain
A little fake smile and saying 'I'm fine' is enough to hide the pain.
Every person experiences various hardships in life. However, we do not reveal our difficulties in front of everyone. Rather, we try to hide our troubles behind a false smile or by saying, 'I'm fine.' This behavior has become normal in our society. No one knows what's going on in our minds or how we spend our days.
But saying 'I'm fine' or a little smile sometimes hides a lot. People may look from the outside and think everything is going well, but inside we are fighting alone. Because we know, that not everyone will always understand or feel our pain.
This tendency to hide the pain and smile may have been born due to the pressure of our society or due to the sense of social responsibility. Life doesn't stop, so you must go your way through hardships. You have to fight with yourself a little bit every day.
This habit of hiding our troubles may increase our inner strength, but sometimes it also increases our stress. Yet, we put on a little fake smile and say, 'I'm fine'—as if everything is under control.
We have to remember that everyone in this world has some kind of trouble in their life. So, sometimes it is important to share those pains so that the mind is lightened. Everyone can't understand our pain, but if you can open up to a friend, or family member, you can give yourself some relief.
We may find temporary relief with a fake smile, but real peace comes when we acknowledge our pain and learn to move forward with it.
