Music is the food of mental health. You didn't mention anyone but you love the most with husband because he take care of family very well. Listening music alone with tea is fantastic. You love listening not singing. Many people wants to sing a song but after recording when they listen then they frustrate from his voice that's why he just prefer to listen. I wish you more success.
