To be a good Steem Representative do you think it is important for a person just to be focused on one blockchain?

I'd like to illustrate my viewpoint with an example. Let's say a person works as an admin in multiple communities. Can we assume that he/she will be good representative in one community, but not be good in the others? i think To determine his/her capabilities/blockchain/project, we must evaluate their performance in each community. I greatly believe that anyone can be the best Steem representative as long as he fulfill his responsibilities with practicality and sincerity, regardless of how many tasks he/she undertake on other blockchains. The most crucial aspect of being a good Steem representative is sincerity in fulfilling responsibilities.i believe that a person can be a good Steem Representative if his profile is clear and is honest with his birth blockchain. i love steemit, i learnt from steemit that how to write, how to speak, i had started my vlog on steemit.my all stories of writing begin from steemit.i believe every person can be good steem representative if he is honest with his task
