What do the religious scholars say about the issue of whether breaking the fast will break the fast or not?
Please answer and may Allah be pleased with me.

The answer is with Al-Mulk Al-Wahab
There are two types of vomiting and the rules are different
1). If he vomits automatically without intention, it will not break the fast. Yes, if the vomiting in the mouth is spontaneous but returns equal to or more than the gram, then the fast is broken, and if it is returned less than the gram, it will not be broken.

  1. And if he vomits intentionally (intentionally) despite remembering the fast and it is full, then the fast will be broken. And if he intentionally vomits but it is less than a mouthful, then the fast will not be broken.
All these rulings are in case of vomiting of food or water or bile (bitter water) or blood.
And if there is vomiting of mucus, then the fast will not be broken at all.
The hadith is mentioned in Sunan al-Tirmidhi
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Peace be upon him.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Whoever vomits spontaneously does not have to make up for it, and whoever intentionally vomits has to make up for it.
    (Sunan al-Tirmidhi, vol. 3, p. 720, p. 89, published by Mustafa al-Babi al-Halabi, Egypt)
    In "Author Abdul Razzaq"
    وَعَنْ حَفْصٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَا: مَنِ اسْتَقَاءَ فَقَدْ َْفْطَرَ ، وَعَلَيْهِ الْقَضَاءُ
He said, "Whoever vomits intentionally, his fast is broken, and he has to make up for it, and whoever vomits spontaneously, his fast is not broken."
(Author Abdul Razzaq, vol. 4, Book of Fasting, p. 215, published by the Scientific Council of India).
    Is in "Sovereign"
If he vomits and goes out and does not break his fast, he will not break his fast, or he will not break his fast, and he will not break his fast.
And if it is restored or its value is greater than that of Hadadi, then it is not permissible to break the fast in congregation or atonement.
If you want to get rid of the common vomit, you have to mention that fasting is an absolute corruption of the consensus, and at least not at the second time, and that is the right thing to do.
If the phlegm is absolutely corrupt.
If she vomits spontaneously and comes out of her mouth and does not return, then the fast will not be broken at all, whether the mouth is full or not, and if she returns despite remembering the fast, then the fast will not be invalidated. If he returns as much as a gram, he will continue to fast unanimously (there will be only qadha). There is no expiation if the mouth is full, otherwise it will not be broken.
And if he deliberately vomits and remembers to fast, then he should fast at all, and if he does less than that, then he will not break the fast, otherwise it will be broken.
And this whole ruling is in case of vomiting or water or bile (bitter water) or blood. If she is vomiting, then she is not going to break the fast.
    (Al-Dar Al-Mukhtar, Kitab Al-Soom, Bab Ma Yafsad Al-Soom Wama Laifsdah, p. 148, published by Dar Al-Kitab Al-Alamiya)
In the footnote of Ibn Abidin known as Fatawa Al-Alamgiri
Van zraه alqyء ukrj ulm yad La yftr called Alf had come to bring von Aad called snaه Willow does mlء alfm with identifies llsum La yfsd against llsany Van duplicate Come value hmsة mnه fأكsr Haddad أftr consensus Villa كfarة they found alfm the law does Mukhtar Van astqaء E Al-Qai'ah, the hopeful one, reminds me of the fast, because I have met the film, which has corrupted the congregation.
If she vomits and it comes out of her mouth and does not return, then the fast will not be broken at all, whether it is full or not, and if she goes back on her own despite remembering the fast, even if her mouth is full, the fast will not be broken, unlike the other. Of the case. And if he returns it himself or returns the amount of gram, then the fast will be broken by consensus, and there will be no expiation (even if he vomits), otherwise the fast will not be broken.
And if he intentionally (intentionally) vomits in spite of remembering the fast, if it is full, then the fast will be invalidated by consensus.
(Footnote by Ibn 'Abidin, vol. 2, Book of Fasting, p. 414, Dar al-Fikr, Beirut).
    In "Spring Shariat"
If she remembers intentionally vomiting all over her mouth and fasting, then she will definitely fast and not less than that, and if she vomits involuntarily, then she will have a full mouth or not, and in any case, she returned and went down her throat, or she returned it herself, or He did not return, nor did he return, so if he did not have a full mouth, then he did not fast, even if he returned, or he returned, and he has a full mouth, and he returned, even if only a small amount of it came down his throat. ۔
    Ref :
(Bihar Shari'ah Part 5 Description of the things that break the fast p. 994 Maktab al-Madinah)
    In "Waqar al-Fatawi"
Vomiting does not automatically break the fast, whether it is full or not. Intentionally (intentionally) vomiting and vomiting fills the mouth, then the fast is broken.

(Waqar al-Fataawa, Volume 2, Book of Fasting, p. 430, published by Bazm and Waqaruddin).
