اسلام علیکم میرے اردو کمیوہنٹی کے دوستو آج میں آپ سب کے ساتھ ایک بہت بڑی خوشخبری بتانا چاہتا ہوں۔ ہماری اساتذہ کی تنظیم عبدالرازق خان کی قیادت میں پنجاب کے سپیکر سے ملاقات کی ہے اور اساتذہ کو درپیش مساہل سے سپیکر صاحب کو آگاہ کیا گیا ہے۔ سپیکر پنجاب اسمبلی سبطین خان نے وعدہ کیا کہ وہ ٹیچرز کو درپیش مساہل کے حل کے لیے وزیراعلی پنجاب سے ملاقات کرینگے اور تمام مساہل کو اسمبلی کے پلیٹ فارم سے حل کیا جائے گا۔ میں یہان پر ٹیچرز کے مساہل کو اجاگر کرنا چاہتا ہون۔ سب سے پہلے سابقہ حکومتوں میں اساتذہ کی بھرتی کنٹریکٹ میں کی گئ اور کنٹریکٹ اساتذہ اسوقت دس سال سے مستقل ہونے کا انتظار کررہے ہیں لیکن حکومت کنٹریکٹ ٹیچرز کو مستقل نہیں کررہی ہے۔ بہت سارے اساتذہ اسوقت دور دراز علاقوں میں کئی سال سے تعینات ہیں اور انکو سفری مشکلات کا سامنا ہے۔ ٹیچرز کا حکومت سے مطالبہ ہے کہ انکو نزدیک کے سکولز میں تبادلہ کیا جائے۔ ٹیچرز کی تنخواہیں بہت کم ہیں اور مہنگائی کے تناسب سے تنخواہوں میں آضافہ کیا جائے۔

مہنگائی اسوقت بہت زیادہ ہوگئ ہے اور موجودہ تنخواہ میں اساتذہ کا گزر بسر ناممکن ہوچکا ہے۔

گورنمنٹ نے پٹرول اور ڈیزل کی قیمتوں میں بے انتہا آضافہ کردیا ہے اور آمدورفت اور آنے جانے کے آخراجات میں بہت زیادہ آضافہ ہوگیا ہے۔

ایک معلم کے لیے محدود تنخواہ میں گزر بسر بہت مشکل ہوگیا ہے۔ ٹیچرز کی تنظیم نے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ تمام ملازمیں کی تنخواہوں میں مہنگائی کے تناسب سے فوری آضافہ کیا جائے تاکہ ٹیچرز کو درپیش مساہل حل ہوسکیں۔ ٹیچرز نے ہائی کورٹ کے فیصلوں پر عمل کرنے پر بھی زور

دیا کہ ہائی کورٹ نے جو فیصلے ٹیچرز کے حق میں لکھے ہیں ان فیصلوں پر عمل کیا اور ٹیچرز میں موجود اضطراب ختم کیا جائے۔

اساتذہ کی متحدہ تنظیموں نے فیصلہ کیا ہے کہ اگر حکومت ٹیچرز کے مساہل حل نہیں کرتی ہے تو اساتذہ ستمبر کے آختتام پر احتجاج کا راستہ آختیار کرینگی۔

لیکن اسوقت اساتذہ کی تنظیم سپیکر صاحب سے ملاقات کے بعد پر امید ہے کہ اس بار ضرور ٹیچرز کے مساہل کو حل کیا جائے گا۔

میں عبدالرزاق خان اور اسکی پوری ٹیم کو مبارک باد اور خراج تحسین پیش کرتا ہوں کہ عبدالرازق خان ٹیچرز کے مساہل کے حل کے لیے ہر طبقہ فکر کے افراد سے ملاقات کررہے ہیں۔

یہ عبدالرزاق خان کی محنت کا نتیجہ ہے کہ بہت سارے مساہل ٹیچرز کے حل کے قریب ہیں۔

Assalamu Alaikum, my friends of Urdu community, today I want to share a very good news with you all. Our teachers' organization under the leadership of Abdul Raziq Khan has met the speaker of Punjab and informed the speaker about the problems faced by the teachers. Speaker Punjab Assembly Sabtain Khan promised that he will meet the Chief Minister Punjab to solve the problems faced by the teachers and all the problems will be solved from the platform of the assembly.
I would like to highlight the importance of teachers on this.

• First, teachers were recruited on contract basis in the previous governments and the contract teachers are currently waiting for ten years to be permanent but the government is not making the contract teachers permanent.
• Many teachers are currently posted in remote areas for many years and face travel difficulties.
• The teachers demand the government to transfer them to nearby schools. Teachers' salaries are very low and should be increased in line with inflation.

From Punjab Assembly Lahore
Today Punjab Educators Association Central President Malik Amjad Mehmood, General Secretary Dr. Abdul Razzaq Khan Niazi, Mianwali District President Muhammad Riaz Khan and Mianwali District General Secretary Ameer Azam Khan spoke to Speaker Punjab Assembly Sardar Muhammad Sabatin Khan on the issue of Pay and Service Protection. Had a special meeting with him in his office.

This special meeting was organized by General Secretary PEA District Mianwali Amir Azam Khan. In this regard, Vice President PTI District Mianwali Chairman Ameer Abdullah Khan Niazi also gave special support.

Sardar Sabatin Khan promised to consult with the Chief Minister of Punjab immediately on this issue and give full cooperation.

Inflation has become very high and it has become impossible for teachers to survive on the current salary.
The government has drastically increased the prices of petrol and diesel and the cost of transportation and commuting has gone up a lot. It has become very difficult for an educator to survive on a limited salary.
The teachers' organization has demanded that the salaries of all the employees should be increased immediately in proportion to the inflation so that the problems faced by the teachers can be solved.
The teachers also insisted on following the decisions of the High Court, that the decisions which the High Court has written in favor of the teachers should be followed and the anxiety among the teachers should be removed.

United teachers' organizations have decided that if the government does not solve the problems of the teachers, then the teachers will take the path of protest at the end of September.
But now, after meeting with the Speaker, the teachers' organization is hopeful that this time the problems of the teachers will definitely be resolved.
I congratulate and congratulate Abdul Razaq Khan and his entire team that Abdul Razaq Khan is meeting people of all walks of life to solve the problems of teachers. It is the result of Abdul Razzaq Khan's hard work that many problems are close to being solved by teachers.
