vegetables are very essential to health in general.

I have scent leaves which is very medicinal and powerful for health generally. It helps to cure cough, it stop stooling, it is also used as a detoxifying in the body when you squeeze it with water and drink it first thing in the morning. It is used for cooking African delicacies. Lemongrass works like scent leaves too. They have almost same function. Coconut leaves are used for broom and basket in most villages. Yam leaves are good too.
