My Name is Md Masrafi Islam.I am a student. I am from Nilphamari district of Bangladesh .. I am a new member of STEEM CHALLENGE. This community is my first post. I will continue to work in this community. I hope everyone will be by my side.

Today I will show you the best architectural building photography in my city and give you some details.

✿Chini Masjid

Chini Masjid (also known as ‘Chinese Masjid’) is located at Syedpur in Nilphamari district of Rangpur division. The mosque is located at Syedpur, 20 km from Nilphamari Sadar. The mosque can accommodate more than five hundred people at a time.An infinite combination of tradition and beauty has taken place at the Chini Mosque in Golahat, Syedpur. This mosque with three large domes and 32 minarets is covered with bright stones. The designs of different flowers and trees painted with pieces of porcelain catch everyone's eye. The Chini Mosque was established in 18 in the Golahat area of Nilphamari Syedpur upazila. In the beginning it was a two-story tin house. In 1920, Haji Hafez Abdul Karim took the initiative to pave the mosque. The second part was completed in 1975. It uses 243 Sankara and Marble stones brought from India. Next to it is a hundred year old church. It is thought to be the first and oldest church in the north. Even today, the eye-catching red brick church built by the British stands as a witness of tomorrow.

✿Teesta Barrage

The area became a hotbed of visitors every day. Tourists from Kurigram, Rangpur, Lalmonirhat, Thakurgaon, Panchagarh and Bogra districts flock to the barrage every day. Teesta is a transboundary river of Bangladesh and India. It flows through Sikkim and West Bengal in India and then joins the Teesta Brahmaputra in Bangladesh.

The total length of the river Teesta is 315 km. Of these, 115 km is located in Lalmonirhat district in Bangladesh. The spectacular barrage is the largest irrigation project north of the Teesta Irrigation Project. The Teesta Barrage was planned to be built in 1938 as Nilphamari, Rangpur and Dinajpur districts are 540,000 hectares in the northern part of the country. However, the original plan was made in 1953.

The old river Teesta was formerly the main stream of the river Teesta. But as the course of the Teesta changed over time, it turned into a tributary river and took the name Buri Teesta. It enters Bangladesh through Dimla Upazila Balapara border. The river flows into Gangachara upazila and joins the Teesta river again.

✿ Nilesagar

Not the sea, but the name 'Nilsagar' was given in 1980 to match the name of the sea. Its area is 93.90 acres. However, no one has been able to determine the depth even today. It is thought to have 60 to 65 feet of water all year round. There are trees on the sea shore, cane forest and shrubs surrounded by high shores. In winter, the area becomes a hotbed of guest birds.

It is said that the lake was dug 200 years ago to water the cows of the great king. The great king of the Hindu community in the Mahabharata was killed in the battle of Kurukshetra and was buried on its banks. Many people think that the lake was dug for the bathing of Binnavati, the only daughter of the king. It is named after him as 'Binnadighi'.

The lake was modernized in 1980 by the then Deputy Commissioner of Nilphamari, Abdul Jabbar. During the inauguration of the renovation work, he named it 'Nilsagar'. Various places, magazines, vehicles, and even the Nilphamari-Dhaka-bound intercity train have been named after this place.
The recreation center is located 16 km northwest of the district town on the side of the Nilphamari-Debiganj-Panchagarh paved road. There are communication facilities by van, autorickshaw, bus, microbus, train from the district town. Besides, you can come by bus or train from Syedpur Airport by air.
At present, a fish and guest bird sanctuary has been set up here in collaboration with the district administration with the funding of the Ministry of Land. There are entertainment facilities for children. Various physical infrastructures including residential facilities have been constructed for the tourists. Besides, work of Nilphamari Museum is under construction. The foundation stone was laid by Culture Minister Asaduzzaman Nur.
