Since I have been in the community from last month I have noticed many users in the community That are making useless comments mentioning curated unnecessarily and Now I have come to the conclusion that now it's the right time to elaborate some basic rules of steemit that you all should understand and follow.
COMMON MISTAKES SOME USERS MADE
STOP MENTIONING CURATORS & STEEMIT TEAM
Stop mentioning curators and steemit team for example, -steemcurator01 , -steemcurator02, -Booming01, -booming02 and -booming03 and any other curator account and specially -steemit.blog.
Why it is not a good idea to mention the curators and steemit team because there are so many users on steam at and if every single user will mention the curator in there it and every post its get really hard for them to to reach out every single post on steemit. Most of the mentions are unnecessary and waste of time for steemit team, you should understand that reading and checking about thousands of posts a day is almost impossible for the curators because they are also humans not robots.
STOP MAKING USELESS COMMENTS
Observed that many of the users in the steam challenge community make these kinds of useless comments like nice posts, very nice, good work, very nice posts etc. Let me remind you that these kinds of comments are considered as spam and Repetition of these mistakes would not be tolerated anymore.
STOP CONTENT FARMING
My personal observation in the last few months I saw so many people are using multiple accounts and posting similar content and they are doing content farming which is against the basic idea of the Steemit ecosystem. anyone with multiple accounts and content farming will be permanently banned from the community and will be reported to the higher authorities please stay away from content farming and multiple accounts usage, it's for your own good.
SUGGESTIONS
WHOM YOU CAN MENTION IN YOUR POSTS
Mentioning curators and steemit team is just a waste of time and it won't give you any extra reward. You can mention the admins and moderators of the community if you want and if you feel there is a necessity for that you can mention them otherwise there is no need. The admin and moderators always look at each and every member's post and if your post has quality then they will pick it up and we'll try to give you due reward.
HOW TO MAKE QUALITY POSTS AND COMMENTS
How to make a quality post well it's not that hurt first if you are making a diary post please include at least 5 or 6 pictures and write about 300 words at least that will make your diary post look good and Try to make your post interesting and easy for people to read and enjoy which is the basic idea of this steemit ecosystem.
To make a quality comment firstly you must read the whole post carefully and after that you can Comment, criticism in a positive way, good wishes or anything you have in your mind you can ask related to the post, It can be a suggestion to the person as well as appreciation on the post.
ANY LANGUAGE IS WARMLY WELCOME
According to my observation in the community many members have problem in writing their posts in English and I know they try hard to write it nicely but this should not be your weak point, I prefer to make posts in your own language. It can be Urdu, Hindi,English, Bengali and Spanish or any other if you want. There are no language barriers in steemit and you are not restricted to make your post in English.
VERIFICATION IS NECESSARY
If you are a new user and even if you are old user it is necessary for everyone to add a link to your introduction or Achievement #1 post in each and every post of yours. that will help the members, admin and moderators to identify and and ensure The authenticity of a user.

Hello @janemorane the points you have brought up are accurate and precise but the issue of farming content is a problem to me, as I am a farmer.
Farming takes 70% of my daily activities, banning posts on farming is a Huge problem for me.

Sorry I think you have misunderstood this point, actually here by Content farming I mean some people have multiple accounts and one person is posting from multiple accounts to get more curation reward.
One one has any problem with your regular farming posts, you can continue your posting on farming.
