The concept of justice in Islam

After reviewing Islamic law, it becomes clear that justice has a very important place in Islam. Whether its laws are related to economics or rights, Islam teaches justice and equality everywhere. Suppose that just as much oxygen is needed for a living human being, so much justice is needed for the implementation of Islam, because without the establishment of justice, no part of the Islamic system can develop properly.

Wherever a person lives, he should not leave the footsteps of justice, he should stay at home, he should stand up for justice, he is in the shop, he should stand up for justice, he should be in the office, he should stand up for justice, With, they became the voice of justice.

اسلامی قوانین کا جائزہ لینے کے بعد یہ بات واضح ہو جاتی ہے کہ اسلام میں عدل و انصاف کو بڑا اہم مقام حاصل ہے ۔ اس کے قوانین چاہے معاشیات سے متعلق ہوں یا حقوق سے ، اسلام ہر جگہ عدل و انصاف اور برابری کا درس دیتا ہے ۔ آپ یوں کہ لیں کہ ایک زندہ انسان کے لیے جس قدر آکسیجن کی ضرورت پڑتی ہے نفاذ اسلام کے لیے عدل و انصاف کی اتنی ہی ضرورت پڑتی ہے کیوں کہ قیام عدل کے بغیر اسلامی نظام کا کوئی بھی جز صحیح صورت میں نشو نما نہیں پا سکتا
انسان جہاں کہیں بھی رہے عدل و انصاف کا دامن نہ چھوڑے ، مکان میں رہے عدل و انصاف پر قائم رہے ، دکان میں ہے عدل و انصاف پر قائم ہے ، دفتر میں ہے عدل و انصاف قائم کرے ، یہاں تک کہ انسان جب بھی بولے انصاف کے ساتھ ، انصاف کی آواز بن کر بولے ۔

There are usually two things that stand in the way of justice. Skill and kinship means that a person sometimes commits injustice due to enmity and hatred of a nation or an individual, or commits injustice due to a relative, and an even more difficult destination has come when Justice itself comes under attack, but Islam has torn down these walls and taught its followers that the scales of justice should be so strong and equal that even the strongest hatred and the strongest love Couldn't bend any of the scales. Allah, the Exalted, says, “Beware, let no one's enmity lead you to do injustice to him.

عدل و انصاف کی راہ میں عموما دو چیزیں رکاوٹ بنتی ہیں ۔ مہارت اور قرابت معنی انسان کبھی کسی قوم یا کسی فرد کی عداوت اور دشمنی کی وجہ سے نا انصافی کر بیٹھتا ہے یا پھر اپنے کسی رشتہ دار کی وجہ سے ظلم و نا انصافی کرتا ہے اور اس سے بھی کٹھن منزل اس وقت آئی ہے جب کہ عدل و انصاف کی زد میں خود اپنی ہی ذات آتی ہے لیکن مذہب اسلام نے ان دیواروں کو گرا دیا اور اپنے ماننے والوں کو تعلیم دی کہ عدل و انصاف کی ترازو اس قدر مضبوط اور برابر ہو کہ سخت ترین نفرت اور شدید ترین محبت بھی اس ترازو کے کسی پلڑے کو جھکا نہ سکے ۔ اللّٰہ رب العزت ارشاد فرماتا ہے ” خبردار کسی کی دشمنی تمہیں اس کے ساتھ نا انصافی کرنے پر آمادہ نہ کرے ۔

Islam emphasizes justice.

Islam is a heavenly religion, which has been sent by Allah, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, to deal justly and justly with all the creatures that live on the earth. The injunctions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) are found here and there:
Allah has said in the Qur'an. And when people, regardless of their religion, decide, then settle with justice. ”(Surat an-Nisa ')

اسلام ایک آسمانی مذہب ہے، جس کو زمین و آسمان کے پیدا کرنے والے اللہ نے روئے زمین پر بسنے والی سبھی مخلوق کے ساتھ عادلانہ و منصفانہ برتاؤ پیش کرنے کے لئے بھیجا ہے، چنانچہ اسلام کی بنیادی کتاب قرآن کریم میں اور اللہ کے سچے نبی حضرت محمد صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وسلم کے احکام میں جگہ جگہ اس کی تلقین ملتی ہے:
اللہ نے قرآن میں فرمایا ہے ۔ اور جب لوگوں کا خواہ وہ کسی بھی مذہب کے ماننے والے ہوں ۔فیصلہ کیاکرو تو عدل سے تصفیہ کیا کرو۔‘‘ (سورۃ النساء

Some instructions of the Holy Prophet regarding justice and fairness
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: That the just servants of Allah will be on the pulpits of light in the sight of Allah, to the right of Allah will be those who in their decisions and in dealing with their families and relatives and in fulfilling their obligations. They work with justice.

عدل و انصاف کے سلسلے میں حضورؐ کے کچھ ارشادات
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص( رضی اللّٰہ عنہ) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی علیہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا ۔ کہ عدل و انصاف کرنے والے بندے اللہ تعالیٰ کے یہاں نور کے منبروں پر ہوں گے، اللہ کے داہنی جانب یہ وہ لوگ ہوں گے جو اپنے فیصلوں میں اور اپنے اہل و عیال اور متعلقین کے ساتھ معاملات میں اور اپنی ذمہ داریوں کو پورا کرنے میں عدل و انصاف سے کام لیتے ہیں۔

Justice Guarantee the stability of society and the survival of nations

In fact, justice is a noble attribute that gives stability and survival to any nation or society, and justice is the same for all. It is not fair that if a rich man commits a crime he should be let go while the poor are given the harshest punishments as seen in our society. And it is said that the law is made to be broken and unfortunately the most lawbreakers are those who pass laws in the assemblies. Although in Islamic society, from the common man to the rich, all the rules are binding on the Shariah. Whoever commits a crime should be punished accordingly.

درحقیقت عدل و انصاف ایسا عالی وصف ہے جو کسی بھی قوم یا معاشرے کو استحکام عطا کرتا اور بقا کی ضمانت فراہم کرتا ہے اور انصاف بھی ایسا ہو جو سب کے لیے یکساں ہو . یہ عدل نہیں کہ اگر کوئی امیر آدمی جرم کرے تو اسے چھوڑ دیا جائے جب کہ غریبوں کو سخت ترین سزائیں دی جائیں جیسا کہ ہمارے معاشرے میں دکھائی دیتا ہے . اور یوں کہا جاتا ہے کہ قانون بنایا ہی اس لیے جاتا ہے تاکہ توڑا جائے اور بدقسمتی سے سب سے زیادہ قانون شکنی وہی لوگ کرتے ہیں جو اسمبلیوں میں قوانین پاس کرتے ہیں . حالاں کہ اسلامی معاشرے میں ایک عام آدمی سے لے کر امیر تک سب احکامات شرعیہ کے پابند ہوتے ہیں جرم کوئی بھی کرے اسے اس کی سزا مل کر ہی رہنی چاہیے
