APRICOT DESSERT

اجزاء سوکھی ہوئی خوبانی 1/2کلو تازہ کریم پھنٹی ہوئی 800گرام بادام باریک کٹے ہوئے 20 عدد ترکیب خوبانیوں کو اچھی طرح دھو کر ابالیں جب وہ خوب اچھی طرح سے گل جائیں تو ٹھنڈا کریں اور بیج نکال دیں انہیں چمچے کی مدد سے اچھی طرح سے کچل لیں خوبانیوں کو ڈش میں ڈال کر خوب ٹھنڈا کریں اس پر کریم کی تہہ لگائیں اور بادام سے سجا کر پیش کریں

Ingredients dried apricots 1/2 kg fresh cream sprinkled 800 gms almonds finely chopped 20 pieces apricots Wash and boil well When they are well melted, cool and remove the seeds. Crush them well with the help of a spoon. Cool the apricots in a dish, apply a layer of cream on it and serve garnished with almonds.
