I am in club 100 but I normally power up every week ever since I arrived on this website 15 months ago. I take full advantage of power up campaigns run by different communities. So, I suggest you run a similar campaign in your community so members get motivated to do regular power up. You can give them Booming votes so that will be another motivating factor.
