Pancit is the local term for noodles here in the Philippines and Miki is a type of noodle that is thick and is made up of fresh eggs. This stir fried noodle dish also incorporates classic Filipino Pancit ingredients such as fishball, chicken, seafood, vegetables, pork, and even beef.
