Acts of Kindness: Feeding And Giving Of Groceries To Our Nieghborhood

A pleasant evening everyone, hope you are all in the best of everything with the blessings of our creator.

We continued our acts of kindness in this hard times due to never ending pandemic that hit in the world today and our place was also affected of the virus.
We had our community pantry again for our nieghbors who needs assistance after our Barangay was put again to Comunity Quarantine so together with my sister georgie84 and her husband steemitcebu and the rest of the family, we joined hands together to continue our activity to share our blessings to our nieghbors who were really in need of help and also the giving of snacks to the kids as our way of making kids happy. It was me who was assigned to purchased the goods and the snacks for kids and adults.

We were preparing snacks for kids and adults a sliced bread with best foods bread spread and lemon drinks, we made sure that everything is well arranged first before we called our nieghbors for their snacks and for the distribution of the groceries.

In the plastic we put coffee, sardines,
brown sugar, milo,salt, odong noodles, misua noodles we decided to gave them this product because this is the very common and the basic needs to have hot coffee in the morning before they will start their morning routine and milo for their kids. Since they were working to recover for hardships we extend our help for them as long as we still have something to offer.

We bought enough slice bread and drinks for everyone who will come to get their packed of groceries. We made sure that everybody received fairly. We called first the kids so that they can ate their snacks before the adult will arrived. We need to organized everything so that we could follow the implemented heath protocols like social distancing and also we asked them to wear mask.

The moment everything were ready we called the kids while playing, they all stop and went hurriedly to our place, they were very happy and excited that again they can get and eat snacks from us.

We can see in their face the excitement and happiness that this time again they can have snacks together with their playmates. We told them to wear mask and maintain distancing to follow the health protocols.
We gave them sliced bread with best foods bread spread their favorite since they usually eat bread in the nearby store different from what we prepared and a lemon drinks that made their tummy full.

After the giving of snacks to the kids the adults came to get their packs of groceries, they eagerly come and also enjoyed eating the snacks we prepared. The same our usual arrangement we gave only one pack in every family only one representative came to observe health protocols that is implemented by authorities.
All our nieghbors who came received packed of groceries they were thankful of our community who did not stop to assist in times of needs. Those who were not able to come to get their share
the packed of groceries was delivered to their homes.

A simple acts of kindness gives joy to the needy even in a small way could help lessen to their burdens.
