The housing program is the main program that must be implemented, but the sanitation program should be an additional program for the beneficiaries, considering that sanitation is the most important part of creating a clean and healthy environment so that it is free from disease vectors.
I convey this idea considering that environmental sanitation is not touched by the poor, especially the target beneficiaries, as a medical officer I should synergize government programs to establish an environment that is free from open defecation (ODF).
I hope this gets full support from the steemit team, because @steem.amal budget is very limited to reach this

Our team has designed the steem.amal housing shop drawing and it has been included the sanitation facilities such as a latrine, plumbing system, and proper drainage and infiltration wells for the house to meet the health standard that we have planned in advance. All the steem.amal housing design should include the sanitation facilities, like the one that I am about to update complete with the shop drawing and BOQ from (@klen.civil and @sofian88). Steem.amal team will give the best effort to constructs 4 houses in a year (one house in every 3 months)
Previously the steem.amal had also constructed 2 sanitation facilities in Lhoksukon and Seunuddon, but since the shortage of the budget steem.amal has postponed the individual sanitation program for the meanwhile and will continue to implement the sanitation program when the budget is fully gathered. But it will cover for the community instead of a personal one.
Another budget will be allocated for public environment health and sanitation as I and @irawandedy have discussed recently. The program will focus on the general environment sanitation including but not limited to the prevention of the emergence of malaria and dengue fever in the community, both in urban and rural areas. @irawandedy as the steem.amal health and medical support team will design the program and bring it to the next board member meeting.

Thank you for the support @steemcurator01. I will explain the concept of healthy sanitation in accordance with WHO standards with cost efficiency considering that the @steem.amal program has a wide range of programs.
Together with @el-nailul and the rest of the team, I will discuss the concept later. We believe that the housing sector provided with sanitation support will provide welfare in the form of housing, as well as maintain environmental stability.
Indirectly, a healthy environment that becomes the standard of a healthy home will have an impact on economic growth, they can work and start a business well without health problems.
