In my opinion, sports can be a great activity for our physical and mental development. Many people in the world live a lazy life and have a variety of diseases because they have no physical activity. Several outdoor sports can be good exercises for us. Today I will try to bring you my activities with one of my favorite sports badminton.

Badminton is one of my favorite sports. If we had an indoor facility in the city, I would have thought of playing badminton all over the year. But we have no indoor facility here. So we play badminton just in the winter season. Because suitable weather condition exists only in winter to play badminton outdoor. Such weather is not available during the monsoon or rainy season.

Since we get the opportunity to play badminton for 3-4 months (November-February). So we have very little time to develop our skills in the badminton game. But we try to play well. Badminton is like a traditional game of winter in our country.

If the children of our country had any empty place anywhere, they try to create a badminton court there and start playing this beautiful game. Many of us build a badminton court on the ground. However, we are lucky that our badminton court is advanced and if we get support, then it can be converted into an Indoor Badminton Court.

Although we play badminton for 3-4 months. In this short period, several exciting badminton tournaments are held in our area and these tournaments have a Dissent prize money. However, it is a matter of concern that the prices of badminton equipments are increasing day by day. As a result, it is a bit difficult for some players to participate in this game for thier financial situation.

Badminton is not just an entertaining sport, it's a great physical exercise. Playing badminton will keep your mind and body active. If you are engaged in this game, featuring physical balance and skills, your limbs will be active. If you have excess fat in your body, playing badminton regularly can reduce body fat Badminton's skills will help you to be more tactical and keep your brain active.

To me Badminton is not just a winter game, it's my favorite sport of all time.
