PROFILE OF DAYAH MADINATUDDINIYAH DARUL HUDA PALOH GADENG

Abu Paloh Gadeng is the leader of the Dayah Madinatuddiniyah Darul Huda Islamic boarding school in Paloh Gadeng village, Dewantara sub-district, North Aceh district.

History of Establishment:

In 1987 a Dayah, named Dayah Madinatuddiniyah Darul Huda, stood in Paloh Gadeng Village, Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency, approximately ± 2 Km. from the Medan - Banda Aceh road, before Dayah was established, the community leaders of Paloh Gadeng village held a deliberation, as a result they agreed to go to Dayah Madinatuddiniyah Babussalam Blang Bladeh, Jeumpa Subdistrict, Aceh Utara Regency (at that time there was no division into Bireuen Regency) .
with the aim of first, they (community leaders) ask permission from Tgk. H. M. Amin Mahmud (Abu Tumin) for them to establish a Dayah in Paloh Gadeng village, the second asked Abu Tumin to give one of the senior teacher councils to be the leader of the Dayah boarding school and Abu Tumin fully supported and showed Tgk. H. Mustafa Ahmad as the leader of Dayah at the same time gave permission to the tgk. H. Mustafa Ahmad to lead the Dayah, then the status of Dayah Madinatuddiniyah Darul Huda Paloh Gadeng is a branch of Dayah Madinatuddiniyah Babussalam Blang Bladeh.

Tgk. H. Mustafa Ahmad was born on July 1, 1950 in Uteun Bunta, Peusangan District, he is the son of the Tgk. H. Ahmad bin Abdul Manaf and Hj. Maimunah, when he was seven years old he entered elementary school (SD) at that time, after his school graduation he was immediately escorted by his parents to Abu Tumin to study at Dayah Blang Bladeh, from studying to teaching and had become Chairman At the Dayah, he then received permission from Abu Tumin to become the leader of the Dayah Darul Huda boarding school in Paloh Gadeng after a meeting between the community leaders of Paloh Gadeng and Abu Tumin.

Dayah Madinatuddiniyah Darul Huda Gampong Paloh Gadeng which was founded on August 9, 1987 is located in a strategic area, where the Dayah is located 2 Km. on the Krueng Geukueh - Nisam road, before the dayah was founded, that place was a swamp, then the dayah was stockpiled and built complete with a boarding house and a hall for study and worship, at that time a mosque was not yet built, the new mosque was built around 1995. At the time the dayah was founded, the number of dormitories was only a few rooms, because at that time there were not many students, the days changed, months changed months and years changed the number of students increased so that until now there are dormitories with two and three floors. The religious condition around Dayah Darul Huda as around the other Dayahs, is always lively with activities that are well organized with teaching and learning processes, worship and also activities to educate students how to deal with the general public.

On Wednesday, December 16, 2020 he passed away, Tgk. H. Mustafa bin H. Ahmad (Abu Paloh Gadeng) a charismatic Acehnese scholar from aloh Gadeng village, Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency.

During his life he:

During his lifetime, the late (late) Tgk H. Mustafa H. Ahmad (Abu Paloh Gadeng) founded Madituddiniah Darul Huda's Dayah (Pesantren) in 1987 when he was 39 years old.

Prior to that, the late Abu Paloh Gadeng was a santri or boarding house in Dayah Madinatuddiniah Babussalam Blang Bladeh, Bireuen Regency, Chairman of Abu Tumin for 22 years.

Abu Mustafa Ahmad was in contact with community leaders from Paloh Gadeng, one of which was the late Tgk H. Ramli Yusuf during the village head Yusuf Syam.

The request submitted to Abu Tumin was granted by giving Teungku several choices and the one selected was Abu Mustafa Ahmad at that time.

Furthermore, Abu settled in Paloh Gadeng in 1987, when he was still not married.

There also Abu broke his bachelor period by marrying Ummi Hj. Safiatuddin Abdul Wahab and has 8 sons and daughters.
Each of them are: Tgk H. Zunuwanis (31) years, Ummi Rahmah (30) years, Marhamah (28) years, Tgk Muhammad Nazir (27) years, Tgk Baidarus (24) years, Ummi Wardah (21) years, Tgk Ihsan Maulana (17) years old, and Maisarah (16) years old.
