One question about the house...
Is the full ownership of the house given to Mr Samsul? Or does Steem.Amal own the house and then rents or leases it to Mr Samsul?
How about the land the house is on. Did Steem.Amal have to purchase the land or did Mr Samsul already own the land?

The house is fully owned by Mr. Samsul proved by gift certificate (We drafted the certificate for legal ownership to comply with government regulation). Mr. Samsul has his own land.
