The Diary Game: 8th February 2022 - Encouraging My Preschooler's Writing Skills

Hope you are all doing well. Today, I would like to update about how my day went yesterday.

Yesterday was my preschooler's first day of kindergarten after one week holiday due to Chinese New Year. He was reluctant to go at first, but after getting ready, he was excited!

I made him pizza as his packed food and send him off at about 8.40 p.m. I then did my gaming work at home until 12 p.m., when I picked him up again. He finished all of his packed food!

Then, we went straight home as I had many work to do. Once I got home, my preschooler requested to play sand. While he was playing with sand, I ate rice & fried fish as lunch and fed him as well. Then, I went upstairs to do some work.

After Asar prayers, my husband assembled the new kid chairs and table for our preschooler which we bought at IKEA last week. They were so beautiful!

At about 6.30 p.m., we went down and show our preschooler his new table and chairs. He was so excited! He quickly sit on the chair and made some drawing in his blank notebook.

I then invited him to read. He requested for the clock book. We read the clock book together, and he got some inspirations to draw more things as we read every page. He even drew a clock!

Then, he followed me to perform Maghrib prayer. Before I performed my prayer, he asked me to draw a car. So, I did. After I prayed, I noticed that he already wrote something around the car. He wrote "Ayah's black car". He officially knows when to use apostrophe!

After that, I went out with my husband for a quick dinner and supper date. That was how my day went yesterday!
