Good day my dear steemians today i will love to write on a topic, food Hygiene ,but before i go further, I will love to tell you about the meaning of food Hygiene and food.

Food Hygiene can be defined as the proper way and cleanliness of preserving the food in a Hygiene way that is good. The same way we always keep our body clean our food should also be clean (washing all the necessary things).

Food can also be defined any edible,liquid, or solid substance that is taken into the body to provide nutrient for growth and good health. Food contains all the six classes of food but recently it is seven now. The seven classes of food consist of;

• Carbohydrates
• Protein
• Fats and oil
• Mineral salts
• Vitamin
• Water and Fiber
• Roughages

Taking in all this classes of food helps in the body, but taking too much of it is not actually good. For instance taking carbohydrates or protein four days is not good, just like too much of everything is a disease.

Important of food hygiene

• It makes you Strong and healthy .
• It makes you feel comfortable.
• It straightened the bone .
• It prevent disease from entering the food.

How do we keep our food away from disease

• Before you go to eat, wash your hand before eating.
• Close your food when you want to go out.
• Wash out all the dirty dishes
• Rinse all the plate before using it.
• Wash all food ingredients before using it to cook.

Now why do we eat food, we eat food to make us grow stronger and health, and food helps us to be nourished. That is the power of food.
