572 Functional Teachers Inaugurated and Oathed.
Regional Secretary of Bireuen Regency, Ir. Ibrahim Ahmad, M.Si inaugurated and took the oath of the Functional Teacher Position within the Bireuen Regency Government. This activity took place at the Kapuspemkab Field. Bireuen, Wednesday, 03/01/2024.
The number of functional teachers who were appointed and took the oath was 572 people. These teachers consist of subject teachers and elementary and middle school class teachers within the Bireuen Regency Government, formations for 2019 and 2022 as well as honorary formations for 2014.
On this occasion the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Bireuen, Ir. Ibrahim Ahmad, M.Si who read the written remarks of Acting. The Regent of Bireuen, Aulia Sofyan, Ph.D, after inaugurating and taking oaths/pledges for functional positions of hundreds of teachers, said that teachers have a central role in realizing quality education. A teacher can inspire and motivate learning and even do things that were previously unimaginable.
“A good teacher is able to see the differences in his students. "It's not a weakness, it's an advantage," said the Regional Secretary.
He stated, through the implementation of the independent learning curriculum which encourages the creation of a fun learning system that is student-oriented, meaningful and quality learning, it is hoped that this can be achieved.
According to the Acting Regent of Bireuen, as stated by the Regional Secretary, learning in the independent curriculum is adjusted to students' interests and abilities. So, educators are needed who must know the character and potential of students, in addition to having breakthroughs and innovations.
Therefore, he said, in every educational unit, schools and teachers are required to quickly disrupt adaptive learning patterns in the independent curriculum.
"To the new functional teachers who were appointed and took the oath/promise today, once again I congratulate them. "Hopefully the mandate placed on the shoulders of all of you by the state can really be carried out as well as possible and with a sense of responsibility," said the Acting. Bireuen Regent through the Regional Secretary.
Present at the teacher's inauguration included, Acting Assistant III of the Bireuen Regional Secretariat, Mulyadi, S.E., M.M, Head of the Bireuen BKPSDM, Zaldi, AP, S.Sos, Secretary of the Bireuen Education and Culture Office, Zamzami, S.Pd, Secretary of the Bireuen BKPSDM, Zulkifi AB, S .Sos and a number of high ranking pratama officials and other administrators.
