WHERE IS AFRICA LOCATED?

Africa is bounded on the west by the Atlantic Ocean, on the north by the Mediterranean Sea, on the east by the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean, and on the south by the mingling waters of the Atlantic and Indian oceans.

HOW LARGE IS AFRICA?

Africa is the world's second-largest and second-most populous continent, after Asia in both cases. At about 30.3 million km² including adjacent islands, it covers 6% of Earth's total surface area and 20% of its land area. With over 1.3 billion people, it accounts for about 16% of the world's human population. Awesome right?

HOW BLESSED IS AFRICA?

Africa has been described as a continent blessed with abundant natural resources, yet the continent and its people are poor.
Oil has been a mixed blessing to many African countries, providing great wealth but also bringing with it the curse of corruption.I guess it time for African's leaders to address the problems that hinder the development of the continent.
