Los ingredientes son: pasta larga, sal, aceite, tomates,alinios, queso blanco llanero y mayonesa,con estos ingredientes prepare este delicioso y facil almuerzo.
El modo de preparacion fue el siguiente: hervir en una olla un litro de agua luego se le agrega una cucharada de sal y una cucharada de aceite,cuando este hirviendo se le agrega la pasta cocinar por cinco minutos para luego retirarla y colarla.

Modo de preparar la salsa de tomate,lo primero que hice colocar los tomates grandes y maduros en un poquito de agua cuando estaban hirviendo los retire del agua para despues quitarles las concha y colocarlos en la licuadora con los alinios verdes como cebollas,ajies,pimenton,ajo y sal para luego licuarlos por dos minutos y empezar a cocinar la salsa por diez minutos,despues colocarsela a la pasta agregarle queso blanco y mayonesa a su gusto.
