STEEM.AMAL OFFICIAL REPORT: 90% Housing Construction Progress of Steem.amal

This post is to support steem.amal team for operational expenses in the field. As we had agreed since the beginning of the steem.amal operation in the field, there is not operation budget is allowed to be taken from the program budget. We do realize that the operation cost is high at some point, hence the program manager (el-nailul) and team leader (@anroja) are willing to cover the field operational extra cost when necessary to ensure the operation in the field goes smoothly. The roof and ceiling have been installed as of today

Today I would like to announce that steem.amal housing program has reached 90% since the roof has been installed. We are truly happy to present the recent photograph of the housing construction. As we all know, steem.amal is implementing a housing program for one of the beneficiaries in the Syamtalira Bayu sub regency, North Aceh. This program is the first and is expected to be the next steem.amal housing model.

Meanwhile, the overall budget remaining for the steem.amal housing program "code: STAML-HP" is as below

This is the total remaining budget of the steem.amal housing program for the period of 3 months, which indicates the total amount of IDR 31,877,000

The remaining balance of the housing program is not only for Samsul house and the outstanding of the burned house in Syamtalira Aron as steem.amal has promised to support construction material.

All the steem.amal board members must be aware of the budget available to avoid the shortage of the budget in advance.

For this first housing, steem.amal has budgeted IDR 65,000,000 to build a permanent house owned by Samsul in Bayu. As of today, the actual progress has reached 90% as our engineer specialist has reported the overall progress by today the wall has completely assembled. The percentage of the budget expenses is base on the initial budget plan which was IDR 65,000,000. Most probably the budget will cover the overall construction progress and workers' fees. But the first calculation did not include the tile floor. As a consideration of the hygiene aspect, we will add the tile (ceramic) floor.
