Here I would like to share you my happiness, what is that??

My proposal was agreed by the Gas and Oil Company about supporting 800 families with food packages in five regencies from Pidie, Pidie Jaya, Bireuen, Lhokseumawe, and North Aceh.

Since yesterday morning (May 4th, 2021) I have been busy preparing the packages in the warehouse with the daily labors. Within 2 days we need to pack 800 food packages for the orphans and the poor in Aceh. It is something I have planned a week before the holy Ramadhan. Of course, it is not part of steem.amal program, but it is also something to do with the poor in Aceh.

I am so happy to get the proposal agreed, even though the budget is only for food and distribution, but as long as the people get something for their vulnerable life, I will be happy to support it.

As of today I and the team have distributed 200 packages for 2 regencies (North Aceh and Bireuen) and the preparation is still ongoing in the warehouse. By tomorrow we will distribute 600 more to Bireuen, Lhokseumawe, North Aceh, Pidie Jaya, and Pidie.

I need to apologize to @anroja and all delegators because I will not be able to calculate the monthly share from @steemseacurator to all delegator (I am so sorry for this inconvenience) but I promise you I will come back soonest possible to calculate it and distribute the share to you all

As is it also the priority to push it up and finalize the program before Monday, since I will organize the @steem.amal meeting in Lhokseumawe. Yes, it is a bit exhausted indeed, doing something I like will not bother me at all (coffee please...LOL)

Organizing such even needs to be well prepared, so till to night I am still working to find and buy 500 cans of condensed milk (specific one) and so far 300 cans have been found, and tomorrow morning the first thing to do is to find 200 more.

What you need to prepare for organizing the even?. It is a bit long list working to do in advance, but what I can simplify to you is the first thing is identify the beneficiary, then you need to make a needs mapping of the beneficiaries. The need of the people are different upon the topographic and culture but at least you can find something similar or common need among them. The next steps are budgeting and fund raising plan. When the required amount of the budget is collected then you need to arrange people to do their part base on their capacity, and here you will need to supervise and ensure the job is carry out properly, some time you also need to explain what you exactly need them to do, it call capacity building for your team. With good and solid team you can do a lot more tasks at the same time.

This is my way to organize the even over 10 years in the humanitarian organization and humanitarian aid field. In addition you need to build the network with the people around you or your inner circle to find information as needed, mentaining good relationship with people anywhere you can is something advantages to execute task more efficient or even you can build your network all over the globe. No matter the capacity they have to help you, because you can always have friend to ask some important information you need or at least you have someone to smile at, is that right??
