2024 Bireuen Regency National Middle School Student Sports Olympiad Ends.

The National Student Sports Olympiad (O2SN) for Junior High School (SMP) level in Bireuen Regency in 2024 has ended. This prestigious sporting event among students will be held for two days, 11-12 June 2024, with 111 athletes participating and competing in five sports.

The activity, which was held by the Middle School Development Division of the Bireuen Education and Culture Service (Disdikbud), was officially closed by the Head of the Bireuen Muslim Education and Culture Office, M.Si, in this case represented by the Secretary of the Education and Culture Office, Zamzami, S.Pd., M.M.

The closing of the entire series of O2SN-SMP activities was held in the local Education and Culture Department hall, Wednesday (12/6/2024), accompanied by the announcement of the winners and the presentation of prizes.

Secretary of the Education and Culture Office, Bireuen Zamzami, said that teachers have a very important role in identifying the talents and interests of each student.

And directing students' talents and interests so that they are able to hone them appropriately according to their talents and interests.

"If students' talents and interests are well honed, it will not be difficult for students to achieve achievements," concluded Zamzami.

The following is data on the champions of each sport at the O2SN-SMP Bireuen Regency level in 2024 obtained by Kabar Bireuen, Wednesday afternoon (12/6/2024) from the activity organizing committee.

In men's athletics, first, second and third place were won by Muhammad Boihaqi (UPTD SMPN 4 Peusangan), Farhan (UPTD SMPN 1 Peusangan) and Teuku Sultan Noval Rajaki Adri (UPTD SMPN 2 Bireuen).

In women's athletics, first, second and third place were won by Riski Fonna (UPTD SMPN 1 Term), Nurdiana (UPTD SMPN 1 Kutablang) and Risma Wati (UPTD SMPN 4 July).

Men's Pencak Silat, first, second and third place, were won by Erik Maulana (UPTD SMPN 1 Bireuen), Aidil Raditya (UPTD SMPN 1 Samalanga) and Muhammad Khairul Rizal (UPTD SMPN 1 Peudada).

Women's pencak silat, first, second and third place, were won by Ayya Sufiati (UPTD SMPN 1 Samalanga), Dinda Kanaya Syafira (UPTD SMPN 1 Bireuen) and Cut Meutuah (UPTD SMPN 1 Peusangan).

Then, for men's badminton, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place was won by Muhammad Azhriel Rasya (UPTD SMPN 1 Peusangan), Farhan Saputra (UPTD SMPN 1 Jeunib) and Al Azumi Rahmat (SMP SABIR)

Women's badminton, first, second and third place, were won by Hilwa Salsabila (UPTD SMPN 1 Peusangan), Syabila (UPTD SMPN 4 Bireuen) and Raihan Saputri (UPTD SMPN 1 Samalanga).

In the men's karate sport, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place were won by Muhammad Radhi (UPTD SMPN 1 Bireuen), Muhammad Zaidan Azra (SMP Sukma Bangsa) and Zhiaul Hayah (UPTD SMPN 1 Samalanga).

Women's karate, first, second and third place, were won by Tasya Zaitun Nisa (UPTD SMPN 1 Bireuen), Shofi Shafana (UPTD SMPN 1 Makmur), and Aqila Zakina (UPTD SMPN 1 Simpang Mamplam)

Furthermore, in the men's swimming sport, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place were won by Muhammad Ikram (UPTD SMPN 2 Bireuen), Mazizi (UPTD SMPN 1 Simpang Mamplam) and Muhammad Zhafrah Azra (SMP Sukma Bangsa).

Women's swimming, first, second and third place, was won by Saskia Syaliandra (UPTD SMPN 1 Bireuen), Alifah Imtinam Anfa (SMP IT Azkiya) and Ayatul Husna (UPTD SMPN 1 Simpang Mamplam)

First, second and third place men and women, in each sport, were given awards in the form of trophies, award certificates and coaching money from the committee.
