Since the formation of the new Malikussaleh University Public Relations structure, in 2019, we have never made a special photo. Only on certain occasions did we take photos together, and even then they were taken in a casual style. Apart from that, only take pictures using the HP camera while working in the office. Photos with a light theme.

Some time ago, on February 21, 2023, we all agreed to take a photo in the studio wearing PR uniforms. This is an old idea but recently realized it.

It is not easy to collect PR members who live in various places. I, Dedi Fariadi, Miss Kurnia Idris and Miss Dini Rizky, live in Lhokseumawe. Sri lives in Panggoi, Gus Boss or Teuku Kemal Fasya in Blang Panyang.

Then there is Ahmad Albastin who lives in Batuphat, there are Muchlis Gurdhum and Zulfa Ramadlan in Matang (Bireuen), Rizki Yunanda in Nisam, and Bustami Ibrahim in Krueng Geukueh (North Aceh).

The Public Relations Division of Universitas Malikussaleh also has two offices, one at the Lancang Garam Campus and the other, at the Head office, at the Bukit Indah Campus. I mostly work in Lancang Garam, if there are no activities at the Bukit Indah Campus.

We agreed to take pictures at a studio on Jalan Sukaramai, Lhokseumawe. I had to call because five minutes before 9:00, still at home. I thought I was the one who was the most late when I got there, I was still waiting for Zulfa. Even Bastin was still not present when he entered the photo shoot.

We were finally complete after Bastin showed up a few minutes later. Not a very good photo, maybe, but it's an important and beautiful moment because we've never done a special photo before.

We consider this a kind of family photo because so far we have worked together and supported each other. Gus Boss leads wisely and complements each other. Since forming The Dream Team, we have achieved many achievements. We are also bringing the name of Universitas Malikussaleh under the leadership of the Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Herman Fithra.

The Dream Team; Keluarga Humas

Sejak terbentuk struktur Kehumasan Universitas Malikussaleh yang baru, pada 2019 silam, kami tidak pernah membuat foto secara khusus. Hanya di acara tertentu saja kami membuat foto bersama, itu pun diambil dengan gaya santai. Di luar itu, hanya berfoto dengan menggunakan kamera HP di saat bekerja di kantor. Foto dengan tema ringan.

Beberapa waktu lalu, 21 Februari 2023, kami semua sepakat membuat foto di studio dengan seragam Humas. Ini ide yang sudah lama, tapi baru terwujud.

Tidak mudah mengumpulkan anggota Humas yang tinggal di berbagai tempat. Saya, Dedi Fariadi, Miss Kurnia Idris dan Miss Dini Rizky, tinggal di Lhokseumawe. Sri tinggal di Panggoi, Gus Boss atau Teuku Kemal Fasya di Blang Panyang.

Kemudian ada Ahmad Albastin yang tinggal di Batuphat, ada Muchlis Gurdhum dan Zulfa Ramadlan di Matang (Bireuen), Rizki Yunanda di Nisam, dan Bustami Ibrahim di Krueng Geukueh (Aceh Utara).

Bagian Kehumasan Universitas Malikussaleh juga memiliki dua kantor, satu di Kampus Lancang Garam dan satunyanya lagi, kantor Pusat, di Kampus Bukit Indah. Saya lebih sering berkantor di Lancang Garam, kalau tidak ada kegiatan di Kampus Bukit Indah.

Kami sepakat berfoto di sebuah studio di Jalan Sukaramai, Lhokseumawe. Saya harus ditelepon karena lima menit sebelum pukul 9.00, masih berada di rumah. Saya pikir, sayalah yang paling terlambat, ternyata sampai di sana, masih menunggu Zulfa. Bahkan Bastin masih belum hadir ketika sudah masuk dalam sesi pemotretan.

Akhirnya kami lengkap juga setelah Bastin muncul beberapa menit kemudian. Tidak terlalu bagus fotonya, mungkin, tapi ini menjadi momen penting dan indah karena kami belum pernah membuat foto secara khusus sebelumnya.

Kami menganggap ini semacam foto keluarga karena selama ini kami bekerja dengan kompak dan saling mendukung. Gus Boss memimpin dengan bijak dan saling melengkapi. Sejak terbentuk The Dream Team, sudah banyak prestasi yang kami raih. Kami ikut mengharumkan nama Universitas Malikussaleh di bawah kepemimpinan Rektor Prof Dr Herman Fithra.
