About the Club, you just need to power up anything you have in wallet (STEEM and maybe SBD).
The Club 100 in Steemit is determined by looking at no transfer out made back to 3 months, but in the program we erase the 3 months requirement. As long as you power up every STEEM and SBD, you are Club 100. But if you really want to know what Club exactly are you on, you can use a bot named Cotify (in Telegram, if you are using Telegram). Or you can use the web app SteemCryptic here: https://www.steemcryptic.me/ and click on the #club5050 and then fill in the necessary data.

Lastly, I had few transfers in & out prior to joining the program. Will I still be able to join club100?
No problem, we are evaluating this since you are joining the programme.
Don't worry about Club Status as long as you do not transfer out and do not send to Saving, but you power up.
