Friends, hope you all are happy and healthy. Friends, I want to thank @walictd for announcing the Power-Up contest and it is because of her that I am doing Power-Up. Indirectly I am upgrading my account and bettering my future on Steemit. So friends, let us understand what power-up is and why we should do power-up.

WHAT IS POWER-UP

To put it in correct and simple language, Power-Up is a small process to lock your Liquid steem in your account. Now the question comes that why should you lock Steam in your account? So friends, the simple answer is that when the supply of something increases in the market, its value decreases and when the supply of something decreases in the market. Yes, its value increases. In this way, if we continue to reduce the market value of Steam, the market value of steem will definitely increase.

WHY POWER-UP

By powering up, the value of our account also increases because steam is being accumulated in our account itself. The more steam we have in our account, the bigger our voting power will be and depending on the value of our voting power, upvote, comment and share posts. For this reason maximum power-ups should be done. The second advantage is that club status is given more importance on Steemit. The higher the club status, the more steemcurators upvote. For this reason maximum power-ups should be done.
