The Sabang City Ministry of Religion Office slaughtered 10 sacrificial animals. The slaughter of the sacrificial animals was carried out at the Gampong Cot Ba' U Slaughterhouse and the distribution was carried out at the Sabang City Ministry of Religion Office, Tuesday, June 18 2024.

Head of the Sabang City Ministry of Religion Office, H Samsul Bahri SAg, said that the slaughter of sacrificial animals was a form of obedience and effort by Sabang Ministry of Religion employees and their families to get closer to Allah SWT and a form of social concern.

"Thank God, this year we sacrificed 10 cows, this number has increased from the previous year's 7 cows. Through the slaughter of sacrificial animals, we hope that harmony will be created in life, because each other cares for each other and shares sustenance, "Said Samuel.

The Chief Executive of Qurban Munawar SAg together with the Secretary Masri SAg explained that all cows slaughtered had gone through an inspection stage to ensure that the cows sacrificed were healthy and old enough.

"We will distribute this sacrificial meat to 700 people. Among those who receive it are PPNPN employees at the Office, KUA, Madrasah, then Orphans, Orphans in the Ministry of Religion Environment of Sabang City, the Poor around the Office and a number of other villages in Sabang City," explained Munawar.

In the implementation of this activity, all employees at the Sabang City Ministry of Religion, District KUA and Madrasahs, both ASN and non-ASN, were involved.
