Club75|| January 24, 2023|| Diary Game|| "Visiting The Historical Place In Lugait Misamis Oriental"

Yesterday, I decided to visit some of the historical place here in Lugait Misamis Oriental. After finishing my house chores, I set up my travel adventure and this is only near at our place. Lugait, Misamis Oriental is full of historical activities way back for many, many years. This site was a camping site of soldiers many years has past. Wounded soldiers were also brought here to heal and give some medical attentions. As my Grandfather told the stories about this place, there are lot of foxholes located in this place that day but as the years is already change, there are a lot of changes of this place. Many typhoons and floods are happens in this place and it was completely covered with soil and completely vanish from history. Now, this is already a boundary between the two Municipalities, the Manticao and Lugait.

The place was already abandoned by the soldiers and there is no camp can be located here. The stones they made as foxholes was completely covered with many algae plants just like this one. This is a pile of stones they used for keeping them protected against enemies bullets. Many algae and other tiny plants were already grown. Well for me, this is better so that the place will maintain its coolness and warm and it will helps balance the Nature. Other stones was already rolled down to the cliff because of the soil was being eroded.

This old road is very helpful to all residents who lived near at this place. This was a concrete road but when the strong typhoon came, the concrete road was completely covered with soil. This is one of the oldest road and many people passing here including the soldiers of that time so that their enemies wont see them. This day, only few people passing here in this road because it is very creepy and haunted. This road is located near at the camping site of the veteran soldiers here in Lugait.

The camping site is also near at the seashore and thats the reason why they make camp here so that they can easily see their enemies from the seashore or even in the road. Their camp is very perfect site because of the overview and the enemy wont see them instantly. There is one road that can be known as the oldest road of all here in our place and it is already submerge by the sea water. I tried to checked if it is low tide but unfortunately it is already high tide. The oldest road can only be seen during low tide.

There are some portions of the place that is already developed into gardening and farm areas just like this one. It was already planted with many coconut and banana plants. It grows very healthy and soon it will bare more fruits of it. I also noticed that the banana leaves was already teared and I found it that it is because of string winds happens in this place for the past scenarios.

There are also many kinds of trees grows in the area. Some of the trees can be found here is the Tugas and Mahogany tree. Those trees are one of the most hardest and good for furniture and housing porpuses. Residents wont cut this trees down so that it can make the place very fresh, warm and maintain its beauty and relaxing place.

I am very amazed of what I heard and seen about the place. I hope this place will always be preserve for many, many years.
