Finished the household chores in the early part of the Sunday and go for a usual late Sunday lunch at Lorong 8 Toa Payoh food centre. It looked like it was going to rain and I felt the water droplets coming down fast. Run, woman, run.

在周日早上完成了家务劳动后，去了大巴窑8巷吃晚午餐。它看起来就像是要下雨了，我觉得水滴下来。女人，快跑啦。

Just in time too. It started to pour but we got in and I bought my noodles for $4. The noodles seem little but at least it tasted good enough.

还真是时候。开始倾盆大雨。进去买了碗$4钱的面。面的分量是挺少但至少它的味道够好。

Where I was sitting, I could see more people came to buy from the same stall although it was passed normal lunch time and it was raining heavily already.

我坐在那里可以看到越来越多的人来到同摊买面而当时也过了正常的午餐时间，还下着大雨。

After eating, it was still raining heavily. It is raining season after all.

吃完后，仍然下着大雨。毕竟现在是雨季。

So, I went to the Four Seasons stall to get this hot Cheng Tng dessert. As I eat that, even the rain water was blown in when we were sitting in the middle of the place far from the outside.

于是，我去了四季摊位买了两碗清汤。正吃着，海淋到校雨点虽然我们坐在远离外面的中央。

Went to buy some bananas from the fruit stall and the rain still didn't stop but it was time to go to the inlaw's place.

走到从水果摊买了一些香蕉，雨依然没有停止，但是是时候去岳父母家了。

I saw the road was flooded. Luckily, I didn't got by that way.

我看到道路被水淹没。幸运的是，我并没有通过那里。

The construction site across the road was also flooding.

马路对面的建筑工程工场也被水淹。
