Office Bullying
While having some documents photocopied when she's unaware someone's just nearby. As she saw him, she screamed and apologized for her reaction and left. He doesn't mind her reaction. He's just happy to be noticed by her. Besides, she's never mean to him, but never had any onversations either.
They work at the same company, and are officemates. Nobody's talking to him, so he's just sitting on his workstation while occasionally stares at her without getting noticed. All he can do is dream about her, and thinking she'll never fall in love with her.
The bullying against him intensifies in the office. Either being laughed at for how he looked like, and that no one will ever like him. Ignoring them even made the bullying stronger until she came to defend him against them. He thanked her for the defense, which she told him not to let anyone bully him just because of his looks.
While she's walking on the street, someone took her bag. He saw it and chased the man, and able to grab the bag while the thief ran to not get caught. He handed her the bag, and thanked him. They walked together in the street, and had their first long conversation. She got to know him well, and that's the start of their friendship.
