Tasty Tuesday with Fondue
Not only winter time is fondue time. A fondue is originally a dish made from melted cheese from French-speaking Switzerland. There is hardly anything more cosy than sitting around a caquelon with friends and family. This time I prepared Moitié-Moitié, who likes spicier, is very satisfied with an Appenzeller or with a homemade Gryère mixture after own taste still in the best way served.
So simple and so good. The weather was cold, very fitting for that.
