INTRODUCTION

I am happy to participate in this contest.I thank @vishwara for inviting me,also a big thank you to @besticofinder for making Sri Lanka-ශ්‍රී ලංකා a great Community where all and sundry come together to engage and participate in contest.
I remember getting a 1000SP delegation from the last contest.

I wish to participate in the week 1 of the MY WARRIOR contest.

MY WARRIOR

Who is a warrior?
A warrior is one who is seriously and aggressively involved in a particular course,be it political endeavour or otherwise.

I have seen this attitude and feature of a warrior in MAZI NNANDI KANU...He is a Nigerian of Igbo extraction.He is a British citizen too.

MAZI NNANDI KANU is pioneering the INDIGENIOUS PEOPLE OF BIAFRA(IPOB) a movement aimed at getting a country called BIAFRA out of Nigeria.

The BIAFRANS are the IGBO tribe of Nigeria.It is believed that the IGBOs are been marginalised in Nigeria and as such MAZI NNANDI KANU is leading the break up of the IGBO tribe called BIAFRANS from Nigeria.

WHAT EFFORTS HAS HE MADE TO BE NOMINATED AS MY WARRIOR

•He has successfully made the whole world especially Britain and America to know that there is a group of people(BIAFRANS) that want to leave Nigeria and form their own independent country where they can run the government to their taste.

•He has also established a UK based registered radio station where himself and the leadership of the IPOB broadcast live.

They pass information and also create awareness about BIAFRA via the radio station.The name of the radio station is RADIO BIAFRA.

The radio station is still operational up until today and people all over the world can listen to it.

•Just last year,MAZI NNAMDI KANU lost his parents in the course of the struggle to get BIAFRA,yet he is not perturbed,neither did he despair,he is still very active in the freedom movement.

He is indeed a warrior because he has continued to fight even after losing both parents.He wants to fight until his skin is hacked out of his bone.

A true warrior does not 'chicken-out ' when the battle ground goes sour,he fights till the end.Thats what MAZI NNANDI KANU stands for.

Only the future can tell if he will get the country called BIAFRA.Only time will tell.
