Team work.

Team work in simple terms is working together to reach a final goal.
In team work the parties involved set out their plan and then work to achieve their common goal.

Most people do love to involve themselves in team work but there are people who do not like working in groups or together.
Should we immediately blame these people because they do not want to work with us.

This people feel like when they do it on their own , they can get there faster and more efficiently.

For instance, I know people who do not like involving themselves in group studies for various reasons.

In group studies they do not move at the pace of the most brilliant person but rather they make sure everyone understands before they move on.
So when an individual is learning alone he feels like he would be ten times faster.

Now why do I say this?
When we are having group studies, mostly the one who understands the topic is the one who is supposed to teach the rest.
Everyone can testify that in a study group we have brilliant students, average colleagues and the below average students.
So the brilliant and average ones who might pick up things faster will think they are wasting time by being in that particular study group.
This is where the confusion sets up, the brilliant and average one may pass certain comment which will anger the below average ones.
This spoils the essence of the group studies where the core values of the group was to understand every topic together and as a team.

Another scenario we mostly take for granted is walking together to a destination, especially when the location we are going to is far.

Everyone can testify that walking to a location is very exhausting but you don't seem to see the effect this is because when you are in a group you talk whiles on your way and you have fun so most people don't see the tiredness but try walking the same distance alone and you will feel the effect.
You sometimes even have to take short breaks before you can complete the journey.

This goes to tell us that everybody needs a companion in life.
As the saying goes

two heads are better than one

And everyone should try working in a team.
