One of my aunty grows purple colour orchids in small spots with coconut husks with charcoal. She grows Kandyan Dancer Orchids in a coconut husk which is bound to a trunk of a big tre. She also use a spray bottle to water them. I think it isn't difficult to grow them. The fact is Orchids just need more caring.
