I used to do reading and gardening in my childhood days as hobbies. Even though I am not busy in these days that much, I don't do those two. I use my phone and tend to sleep instead which are unhealthy and must be stopped.
Yes, for the betterment and well being, it is essential to look at and make above 5 things as hobbies.
