Today I am going to share with you a mouth-watering and authentic Indian dish fragrant with spices. It is Hyderabad chiken biriyani.

Today I will show you step by step how to make this biriyani in a very easy way without compromising the taste of the original recipe. In fact, this method is easier than other methods and you will be able to cook like an experienced cook more easily!

actually Biryani is a delicious dish that combines meat, rice and gravy layers. When cooked in the form of a layer of rice and a layer of meat, the bottom layer absorbs the chicken gravy with a soft texture and flavor, while the top layer of rice remains white.

I'm sure, filled with spices, coriander leaves and aromatic ingredients, the biryani enhances your appetite.

INGREDIENTS

  • basmathi rice
  • chiken
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • tomato
  • green chilli
  • yoghurt
  • Ghee

  • peppercorns
  • Cinnamon
  • cumin seed
  • Cloves
  • Cardamom
  • vegitable oil
  • salt
  • coriander leaves
  • biriyani mix

Method

  • First cut the tomatoes and green chills into small pieces.

  • Then prepare the ginger garlic paste and put it in a bowl.

  • Add the tomato, green chills, yoghurt and biriyani mix packet. Then mix it well and add the chopped chiken to it.

  • Then leave for a while until the chicken marinates.
    For this it is best to use whole chicken with bones and chicken legs or thighs are also suitable for this. I do not recommend chicken breasts for this because they dry quickly. If you want a boneless alternative, be sure to use chicken thighs.

  • Then put pepper, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon in a bowl of heated water.
    Then put soaked rice in the pot for 20 min and cook for about 75%.

  • Then chop the onions finely and fry in oil until golden brown.
    Always use thinly sliced ​​onions and fry until crispy and light golden brown.

Do not forget to use fresh oil for this. Do not allow to turn dark brown or black. After frying, cover with a tissue paper.

Then cook the marinated chicken over low heat.
Then take another bowl and spread a layer of chiken curry, again a layer of basmathi rice and again a layer of chiken curry. This way several layers are kept.

Then cut coriander leaves into thin slices and decorate.Then close the bowl well and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes.

Then let it cool for five minutes, then mix the rice and chicken gently and sprinkle over the fried onion rice until golden brown.

Biriyani is one of my favorite food.We have cooked it twice at home looking at a Indian youtube recipe and it was delicious at the first time but not in second time as we used samba rice.

I can say that your biriyani is delicious just by looking at these photos. Also the recipie has presented in a simple way .

Akke, this is so mouthwatering and I’m hungry now😅. I’ve seen this recipe on YouTube before. As I know, this way is the right way to cook biriyani. But I never cook biriyni in this way before. Anyway thank you for sharing this recipe with us.
