I have heard that mustard speeds up metabolism and we use mustard cream while cooking cucumber curry and Sinhala Pickles but this my first time to know about other benefits can be gained from mustard oil. Specialy the following one. So thank you for sharing.

Any way my home also use this past for making pickle.
I like the smell of mustard blasting once it put hot oil pan.I have mustard oil one of my friend bring for me from india.
