The top 10 places I have visited before COVID !- No 1: Kanneliya Forest !

It's the hardest time for people who love traveling. But it's always bring pleasure when looking at the memories we shared while traveling. Travelling is something I love and will always allocate my time for it. I thought of sharing some of the locations which I got the oppertunity to visit before this covid 19 pandemic. So in this post I share the No 1 - Kanneliya forest !
This is one of the best place I love to visit with my family and even when my university friends visits me. The main reason is the freedom we gets and the cleanness of the water.
This is my "Gampaha Set" , they visit my place when they got a free time and I usually visit this kanneliya forest with them as they love it. There are waterfalls , caves and hikes and many more to enjoy.
My wife love this place too. But it's very difficult to travel this place in rainy season as there are lot of leeches. This forest is a very significant place as lot of endemic plants can be seen here. And there are lot guides which we can hire and we are not permitted to visit the jungle without a guide. Those guides are provided by the forest department. The reason is there are lot of economically valuable rare plants in there such as agarwood.
This is a photograph which were taken while we going through the cave located in the forest ! It was a different experience and believe me I have gone through it more than 10 times .. lol. Each time when one of my uni set visits me I go through it with them. lol

All places are surrounded by greenery and you must be a nature lover like most of us. I have been counting on days till this condition is over because we have to have our normal life which is filled with lots of joy as we had.

Went once and the purest water streams are the highlight for me. How cool to have a bath in middle of a jungle! Superb place.

Kanneliya is a really beautiful place. I went there once too. I would love to go back once this epidemic is over..

I've too visited this amazing place once and I still remember how we ran to avoid the leeches. The cave😮 . Yeah it was a nice experience. The cool , crystal clear water is also another attraction for that place. Loved your article♥️♥️😍
