The nature of grief

If you were asked if you are mostly happy or sad, what would you answer? Are we really sad most of the time? When we are sad, we feel that we are the only ones who are in trouble. When we are distressed by something, we need to think that it is not just us. There are many people like us who suffer from various troubles. We must remember that too. Because anyone in this world has never been happy in every day. There is no one in this world who is always happy without any sorrow.
By the nature of the world, we all face misery. No one can live without grief. If we have a hundred things we like, we have a hundred misery. Fifty woes for someone who has fifty things to like. Depending on the number of things we like, we also get sad. The less you like, the less sad you become. The more things you love, the more you feel sad when you lose them. As our Supreme Buddha preached, love causes sorrow. Greed causes grief. Love or greed does not cause grief to a person who is free from love and greed. And we do not get what we hope for. Disappointment also causes sadness.
Many things like this make us sad. This is the nature of grief.

The End.
