Fix a bug in undelegation

I wasn't testing enough when I published the tool in the first place. I relied on the API to undelegate but couldn't bother to test that (and since we don't have testnet).

There was a bug in undelegation and the fix is to put 6 digit decimal i.e. "0.000000 VESTS" in the steem API.

Add 7 Days to the Formula

because I had not thought this through. When undelegation occurs, the SP will not be available immediately for 7 days. I had to amend this otherwise, it was a great loss if the rent is within a short amount of time.

Add the Effective Rate.

With this, you can see easily on the page.

You can delegate up to 2 years.

SBD disabled

To make SBD work as I had not tested it fully and it may cause problems at the moment.

If the Lease priod is 30 days or less, one time Fee = 1.99 STEEM - Rate: 14.79%
If the Lease priod is above 30 days, one time Fee = 0.99 STEEM - Rate: 13.97%
