Proposal Progress: Not Trival to Build Steemd on ARM64

Thanks for all the supporters for Proposal: Fixing Steemd Build Dependencies in the Latest OS

Progress Update

I have probably metioned this: I want to run steemd on raspberrypi (ARM64). But this is not trivial as many libraries used in steemd are not compatible on ARM64.

I've addressed a problem with rtsc and now fixing the next. I can forsee a lot of issues.
